• Returns are subjected to a 15% restocking fee except for exact exchanges.  Should you encounter a problem with a commercial product, Homestead Harvest will repair or replace at Homestead Harvest discretion your commercial equipment.

Returns & Exchanges

• Return any unsatisfactory item within 30 days of the invoice date for credit to your account, exchanges, or adjustment, less original shipping costs. You are responsible for freight back to our warehouses.  After 30 days the manufacturers' warranty applies.

• With all returns, please include:
  your name, shipping address, credit card number and expiration date, a copy of your invoice and an explanation of what you want done with your return - for example, refund your credit card, exchange for another item, etc.

Reporting Damaged Goods or Lost Shipments

• DAMAGED shipments and/or packages which appear to be damaged should be refused at the time of delivery.

• Protecting your personal information / privacy is very, very important to us.
• We hate spam! Homestead Harvest does NOT sell or rent our customers names, addresses or e-mail addresses to anyone.

• If you ever get e-mail or newsletters from us and you DO NOT want to continue receiving these messages, simply reply with the word REMOVE in the subject line and we will remove your name from our e-mail lists.

• Money orders and Cashier's Checks will be accepted.
• All orders outside the U.S.A. should be wire transfer in U.S. funds.

ORDERING WITH A GIFT CERTIFICATE:

• Online orders need to include credit card account information so that the order can be processed online.
• Your credit card will not be charged anything unless the purchase exceeds the value of the Gift Certificate.
• Phone orders? Please provide club/chapter name, dollar amount, and the GDS-number.
• Internet orders please list club/chapter name, dollar amount, and the GDS-number under the "Comments" field.
• Limit one gift certificate per customer, family, address, and/or transaction.

• United Parcel Service (UPS) is our standard method of shipment to all areas within the Continental U.S.
• Most orders ship out via UPS within 2-3 business days (M-F) received.
• International orders take longer. We will contact you by e-mail if we have any questions regarding your order, or if there will be a significant delay in processing your order.
• Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories will be billed at the actual shipping cost.
• Shipments going to APO's, FPO's and P.O. Boxes will be shipped via the US Postal Service regardless of shipping option chosen.

• FREE SHIPPING - We pay the UPS ground shipping cost on most orders of $125 or more to destinations within the continental United States (lower 48 states).  Exclusions apply to oversize and overweight items.
• There is a $9.99 shipping charge on all orders under $125 to be shipped to destinations within the continental U.S. (lower 48 states).  Exclusions apply to oversize and overweight items.

• We use UPS Ground to ship to most addresses in the continental US.
• UPS "Ground" Service is available to Alaska (AK), Hawaii (HI), and even some U.S. Territories, although it is slow and not usually cost effective.

• On UPS Next Day and UPS 2nd Day Air shipments we make all efforts to ship the same day you order.
• Orders received after 2 pm CT may not ship until the next Business Day.
• We will contact you if any additional delays are necessary.
• Large, bulky, or heavy items may incur additional Express (air) Shipping charges.
• Please be sure you have provided DAY TIME contact information.
• If we cannot reach you the shipping of your package may be delayed.

• We ship to all US addresses, including military addresses (APO, FPO) and US Territories, as well as all Canadian addresses.
• We do not ship to any other international destinations without specific approval. All addresses outside of the US48 pay the exact cost of shipping.
• NOTE: When ordering on-line our website applies no shipping cost for the shipping method you choose. We will adjust the cost before your credit card is charged.

• OUTSIDE THE USA -- FREE Shipping is not available outside of the US48.  You pay the exact cost of shipping your Air Package. Since exact cost cannot be determined until your order is ready for shipment and shipping cost vary greatly by destination and weight, the charges shown in the table below and on your invoice represent the "Average Cost" of shipping a sample package using the service you select. Your credit card will be charged exact cost of shipping your order.  You will be contacted via e-mail to approve the shipping charges.
