How to Make Stronger/Thicker Soy Milk  Item Number: howtomastsoy

Use 100 grams of soybean instead of 70 grams. Or you can grind the soybean another time after the soymilk is finished - when the soymilk is finished the machine beeps. Unplug the power cord, wait for 20 seconds and plug the power back, press the motor button twice (it beeps as you press each time) and then press the START button. The machine will grind twice and then stop. Note that machines shipped after March, 2002 comes with 100-gram measure cup. You can check your user manual to confirm this.

Keep in mind that commercial ready-to-use soy milk contains significant amount of additives (such as starch and sugar) for the consistency and taste - read the labels. One of the reasons for making soymilk at home is to know and control what in the soymilk. Without those additives your home made fresh soy milk may taste slightly differently from commercial made-to-last soy milk.
