A professional dehydrating maching for meat, fish, vegetables, and fruits. Made of stainless steel and equiped with a rear mounted fan, heating element (800W), and thermostatic control. Comes with five 16" x 14.5" chrome plated shelves. The thermostat is adjustable to a maximum temperature of 175 degress farenheit.
