With great anticipation and confidence, we would like to present our TSM Deluxe Cabbage Shredder. Just like other TSM products, this shredder is not only made from high quality stainless steel but it will literally cut the work time in half. You can shred a dozen heads of cabbage in under 10 minutes.
Simply lift the vertical lever, place the prepared cabbage into the hopper, close the lever and turn the side crank handle. The shredded cabbage falls into a tossing cylinder and then is collected into a food lug.

A. The dimensions for our Deluxe Cabbage shredder, item 32129 are as follows:
9 3/4" length x 10 1/4"width x 17"height.
Q. Can it be easily put away when not in use or does it have to
disassembled to put away?
A. It doesn't have to be disassembled to be put away.
Q. This would be for home use only. If it takes 10 minutes to do a
dozen heads of cabbage, can you just shred one head of cabbage at a
time and how long does that take?
A. You can shred one head of cabbage within minutes.
Q. I really like the real fine shredded cabbage that's like "angel
hair". Will it do that kind of shred? What are the smallest
dimensions of the shredded cabbage it makes?
A. The cutting blades are adjustable from shavings to 1/4"
Q. Can you also use it to shred other veggies like carrots or zuccini?
A. We have not tried carrots or zucchini so we are unable to
provide any
information using those products.
