7/8" for Polish sausage and 1 1/4" for large salamis
• The cylinder is 9-1/2" high by 7-1/5" wide
• Base is 15-1/2" wide and 10-1/4" deep
• Overall dimensions: 15-1/2" wide x 24" deep x 19-1/2" high with piston
